Classes

Our group classes are supervised by certified trainers, thanks to whom you will perform all exercises safely and effectively.

We offer CrossFit, CrossFit Light and CrossFit Kids classes. We also have CrossFit Beginners Courses, which take place regularly. 

If you want to take training into your own hands, we have our Open Gym ready for you.

Open gym is for everyone, it is available to students, families, individuals and/or GoodVibes Crossfit members, it is not led by a trainer. An ideal space for those who prefer to train alone or with a sparring partner, it is also a space and an opportunity to try/repeat some of the techniques and exercises you worked on during the week during guided training sessions.

Open Gym is open:

Monday-Friday 6:00-10:00, 14:30-19:00 (Friday 18:00), Saturday 7:30-11:00, Sunday 14:30-18:30.

If you have specific time or other requirements, contact us MON-FRI: 14:30-18:00 | +421 910 663 954, or message us on FB an IG, we will accommodate the members as much as possible, but we must maintain the training and safety standards for everyone – Open Gym members and guided training members.

Open gym rules:

  • registration is necessary, capacity is limited,
  • guided training takes priority in terms of equipment and space
  • always communicate and agree with the coach or the receptionist, there is plenty of space, we just can’t be selfish

personal training

If you are not interested in group lessons and would rather work with a personal coach, try our personal training in Open Gym. 

Personal Training and customized programming is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.

We can help you improve by working closely with you in a performance environment with access to a one-on-one session with one of our experienced coaches.
