BEGINNERS COURSE

Great choice! You will get to know the environment, find out how our trainings work, learn the basic movements on which we base our training, get to know the trainers and you can also “push harder” and workout according to your taste.

Please fill out this application form and see you soon! We will solve everything important on the spot. If you can, come to the first course/training 10-15 minutes before the start. Without completing the course, your participation in regular CrossFit classes will not be possible. However, you can still participate in training sessions called CrossFit Light.
