CrossFit Kids

If you have children between the ages of 6-10 (or less – upon agreement), you can create a sub-account with the name of your child right in your account in the Spream application. Then you can easily switch between these profiles and conveniently sign yourself up for a CrossFit class, and also your child to CrossFit Kids.

CrossFit Kids lessons are at a time when it is ideal for children of this age, at 4:00 p.m., when most children are already out of kindergarten or school and parents are after work.

CrossFit Kids doesn’t include any weight training, we focus on working with bodyweight in a variety of movements and having fun. A big benefit of this lesson is that it takes place simultaneously with a standard CrossFit lesson, so you can work out at the same time as your child, just in a different room.
